- Inspect all catch basin drain grate support collars for failure
- Inspect all curbing and water diverters
- Inspect striping layout for max parking and driver ease
Armor-Guard Sealcoating will report all findings and customize the asphalt maintenance program to your specific needs.
We will then spec out all materials that are going to be used. This quality control measure is an important step in how long the product will last. Crack sealer, primers, sealcoating, asphalt, and striping paints all have a wide range or quality. Knowing the difference is the key to a quality long lasting job!!
Armor-Guard Sealcoating will install the proper asphalt maintenance program for you with our skilled personnel or, if not in our service area, we can see the job through by selecting the right contractor for the job with the right equipment, products and to be sure of proper application procedure.
Armor-Guard reps will be present supervising all preparation and application of project until that installation is completed.
After the first install we will forecast the yearly maintenance program to keep your asphalt protected and your company looking great.
